The Campus Movie Fest at The University of Tampa had over sixty-five teams enter to make the best movie in over five categories. The categories included Best Picture, Best Drama, Best Organization, Best Comedy and The Audience Choice Award. The top sixteen teams were chosen from a group of judges to be put on the big screen in Falk Theater, open for UT students to watch.

An artistic revolution is occurring in the Tampa Bay area. Avant Garde, a group of young professionals at the Tampa Museum of Art, is introducing a concept fairly new to the Tampa Bay area – a credible art scene. The artistic worker bees are collaborating to promote and introduce the museum to others within their demographic.
Women’s B-Ball Tied for First in SSC
The women’s basketball team had much to celebrate last week and it was more than Kym Taylor’s 21st birthday on Saturday, the same day as the big game against Florida Southern. Her team rallied together to bring her a 67-56 win. The win tied Nova Southeastern’s 9-2 SSC record keeping both teams on top the conference.
