On Monday, Jan. 29, the UT women’s basketball team knocked off the SSC-leading Florida Tech Panthers for the second time this season.
Sheena Walton led with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Kane and Erica Woodard each scored in double figures.
“We would like to dedicate our season to Mrs. Vaughn,” said head coach Tom Jessee. “She was very instrumental to the success of our University and athletic department. We lost a great lady and our thoughts and prayers go out to Dr. Vaughn and the family.”
