In this story of romance and comedy, three couples on a college campus find that they are expecting a new edition to their families. Danny Hooper and Lizzie Fields are juniors in college and are head over heels in love with each other. Pam and Nick Sakarian are gym coaches on campus in their 30s. They have been hoping to conceive a child for some time. College administrator Alan McNally and his wife Arlene are a married couple in their mid-forties celebrating their twentieth anniversary. Their children in college, they look forward to settling down and starting a fresh life- just the two of them.
Throughout their journey, emotions and relationships rise and fall. Complications cause them to grow closer and become stronger. Their reactions are reflected in a collection of humorous and moving songs that explain how lives and relationships change with the Featuring promising talents from the University of Tampa,
“Baby” is directed by Assistant Professor of Speech and Theater, Marguerite Bennett Folger with musical direction by Tara Richards Swartzbaugh Instructor of Music, promises a fun and exciting experience for all audiences. The cast features Natale Pirrotta as Danny, Clare Niederpruem as Lizzie, Kim Morgan as Pam, Will Holly as Nick, Amanda Bernstein as Arlene and Nick Lagalante as Alan. Also featuring the talents of Adam Barbay, Travis Curry, Kim Fellman, Cassie Ray, Carly Skubick, Ashley St. Pierre and Jaclyn Watt as members of the ensemble.
