Halloween is now over, which means we can finally review all of the top-tier costumes we saw from celebrities this year, especially the ones who go all out every year. There were a variety of different looks from many of our favorite celebrities, so let’s take a look at some of the most iconic ones.
Starting strong, Heidi Klum once again did not disappoint with this year’s costume. The German-American model made an insane entrance at her 23rd annual Halloween party in a realistic E.T. costume. Klum is known for her extravagant Halloween costumes every year, and she did not disappoint.
Many people were impressed with this costume as it looked as real as it could get. Klum’s costume was one of the most talked about this year, but that’s nothing new.
“I look forward to Heidi Klum’s Halloween costumes every year. They are always so good, and I love how she goes all out,” said senior marketing major Ashley Field.
Up next we have another Halloween icon who always makes sure to go all out on her costumes. Kylie Jenner popped out with multiple costumes this year. One of them was a Striptease-inspired Halloween costume with her dressed in a sparkly bikini. Jenner was dressed up as Erin Grant, a classic character from the film. Jenner shared a series of photos on Instagram of her recreating the popular stripping scene and even put dollar bills on her bikini bottom string to match the character exactly.
Not only did she do this, but she also recreated the movie’s poster and posted it on Instagram. She went fully naked to match the poster of the 1996 film.
This wasn’t her only costume; she also posted a video with her sister Kendall Jenner recreating the popular performance “What Dreams Are Made Of” from the one and only The Lizzie McGuire Movie. The two sisters dressed up as both characters in the exact performance outfits and sang the song while doing the exact mannerisms as in the movie.
“The Kardashian-Jenner family knows how to dress to impress, especially when it comes to Halloween,” according to Paige Strout from US Weekly.
It doesn’t end there. Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco dressed up as Alice and the Mad Hatter from the Disney movie Alice in Wonderland. The couple shared Instagram posts in their decked-out costumes matching the costumes almost perfectly. From the makeup all the way to the accessories, their costumes were pretty on point. Fans loved it, calling it iconic and one of the best ones this year.
Paris Hilton went all out this year as well showing off several Halloween costumes and posting them on social media. All of her costumes were detailed and on point, each of her costumes having its own photoshoot. Some of these costumes include Britney Spears in her schoolgirl costume, Mia Wallace from the film Pulp Fiction, and Slivingbell while wearing bright and glowy fairy wings. Hilton’s comments on Instagram were flooded with many compliments saying how good she did this year with all of her costumes.
“I love Paris Hilton, so I was excited to see what costumes she was going to do, and she did not disappoint,” said junior journalism major Reanna Fogelman.
Halloween was a huge hit this year with many different and unique costumes. There were so many more creative costumes that other celebrities did alongside these, and it gives people something to look forward to every year.
This makes Halloween even more fun to participate in, giving many people new ideas for their own costumes and maybe even inspiring people to dress up as their favorite celebrities. With that being said, many are already looking forward to next year to see what else their favorite celebrities come up with.
