The City of Tampa will be hosting the Super Bowl LV on Sunday, Feb. 7 in the Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Whether you’re looking for a spot to watch the big game or just want to get a bite to eat with friends, here are a few businesses and restaurants around Tampa that are hosting watch parties or offering deals and specials during the Super Bowl weekend.
If you are planning on joining in on any of these festivities around town, remember to bring a mask and practice social distancing.
Located at 1719 W Kennedy Blvd., Ducky’s Sports Lounge will be hosting a three day block party leading up to the Super Bowl with a 26 foot screen to watch the Bucs and Chiefs go head to head.
On Friday, Feb. 5, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., there will be music and trivia with prizes.
On Saturday, Feb. 6, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. there will be bands and DJ’s playing music for the audience.
On Sunday, Fri. 7, the big game will be televised.

MacDinton’s is popular for their happy hours, live entertainment, and drink specials. Located at 405 S Howard Ave. and 242 1st Ave. North, St. Petersburg, this is a great place to watch sporting events and grab a drink with friends.
Pete’s Place South
Located at 4145 Henderson Blvd., Pete’s Place South offers live music all week long and daily happy hour specials. With 17 big screen TV’s, this bar allows with a prime view when the Bucs and Chiefs take the field.
This arcade, restaurant and sports bar offers indoor amusements, a variety of gourmet selections and four lanes for mini bowling. GameTime is located at Centro Ybor, Ybor City.
Also located in Ybor City, Club Prana is hosting a week of parties leading up to the big game. From Tuesday Feb. 2 to Sunday Feb. 7, there will be options to reserve tables and venues available for private events. After the game, Club Prana will keep celebrating with an afterparty that starts right after the game.
The Tailgate is a free four-day outdoor event hosted by Armature Works. Starting Thursday, Feb. 4, this event will be packed with live music, pro-athlete appearances, drink specials and much more. There will be a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Super Bowl LV. Attendees will be able to purchase raffle tickets daily, with proceeds benefiting the non-profit, Everyday Is Game Day Foundation. The winner will be chosen Saturday, Feb. 6 at 3 p.m.
American Social is hosting a big game watch party with over 40 TV’s throughout the restaurant. You need a ticket to attend the watch party. Every purchase includes: open bar, food display, viewing of the Super Bowl and a DJ starting at halftime.
Al’s Finger Licking Good Soulfood
Al’s is hosting a bring your own booze watch party in Ybor City. The entry fee is $20. Masks are required to attend.
