After two weeks of delaying news of election results, Student Government is reopening the polls for next year’s president and vice president. The polls reopened on Wednesday, April 6 at 8 p.m. and will close this coming Sunday, April 10 at 11:59 p.m.
The three tickets (president and vice president pairs) involved in the reopened polls are Aislinn Sroczynski and Gianna Rocco, James Scudero and Andrea Roche, and Alexandra Rey and Dan Holahan.
Senator positions have closed and will be announced along with the president and vice president positions on Tuesday, April 12 at the SG general meeting in Reeves at 7 p.m.
In an official statement from SG President Sarah Daniels, a senior entrepreneurship major, Daniels wrote: “In compliance with the bylaws of Student Government, the Presidential & Vice President tickets will be reopened. SG encourages the student body to participate in the election.”
