Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo is host to the countries largest display of Chinese lanterns that celebrates and highlights aspects of the traditional lantern festivals celebrated in China. A crew from China flew over to assemble the multi-million dollar displays at the beginning of the year.. Zoominations will be week nights from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday nights from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $24.95, if you purchase a combo ticket to visit the zoo during the day and experience the festivities at night the combo ticket price is $39.95. The events runs from March 1 to May 31.
