The Minaret is sad to report that Krystal Schofield, Associate Dean of Residence Life, Conduct and Orientation passed way earlier this evening from an undisclosed illness. Stephanie Krebs, Dean of Students, has released a global email which states, “Krystal was adored by so many people and leaves behind a legacy of success, laughter and great memories at UT. She was well-loved on campus for her outspoken and energetic leadership. Her enthusiasm and humor will be greatly missed.”
For any alumni, students and staff members in the area there will be a group support service at 9am tomorrow morning in Sykes Chapel. We would like to send our condolences as a staff to all those who knew and loved Krystal during this difficult time.
