Busch Gardens Tampa is a theme park that provides thrill rides, roller coasters, and a zoo containing various animal exhibits. The park originally opened as a beer garden with animal shows under the Anheuser-Busch brewing company. It has since grown into a 335-acre amusement park under United Parks & Resorts, formerly known as SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc. The AZA-accredited zoo houses over 200 species of animals. They recently announced an upcoming expansion of the hyena and lion exhibits in the Edge of Africa section to be completed in 2026.
