Earlier this week, on Veterans Day, The University of Tampa’s Network of Enlightened Women (NeW), partnered with the Leadership Institute to host Erika Donalds as a guest speaker. Donalds is an education leader and the founder of OptimaEd. She discusses parents’ school choice and new innovations in education. Donalds shares insights on her experiences, challenges, and opportunities as a business executive and former school board member.
