Yuengling Center
After the release of his latest album, IGOR, Tyler The Creator will be stopping at the Yuengling Center this September as part of his tour. IGOR reached the number one spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart in June; his first number one album ever. A lot of UT students are excited about this concert, including Dana Fidler, freshman sociology major. “I’m super excited to hear the music live because Tyler is probably going to put on a dope show,” Fidler said. Tickets start at $35.
Twenty One Pilots
Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 8 p.m.
Amalie Arena
Twenty One Pilots are coming to Tampa for the second year in a row for the first stop of their fall 2019 Bandito tour. The infamous Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph’s most recent album, Trench, has been a whirlwind of success, winning album of the year at the iHeartRadio awards, reaching number two on the UK charts, and sold over one million copies worldwide in just over eight months. Zac Brown Band

Southern rock band, Zac Brown Band, will be in Tampa this October following the Sept. 20 release of their new album, The Owl. Tampa is an area that doesn’t attract a ton of country artists, so for country music lovers, this is exciting. “I really enjoy the Zac Brown Band and their style of music,” said sophomore marketing major, Tate Gebhart. “I’m pumped to go with my friends and family to see him for the first time in concert.” Tickets start at $40.
Post Malone
Thursday, Oct. 24 at 8p.m.
Amalie Arena
After the release of his newest album, Hollywood’s Bleeding, on Sept. 6, Post Malone will be coming to Amalie Arena this Oct. for his Runaway tour. Expect to hear songs “Better Now” and “Congratulations,” as well as “Sunflower” from Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse. Gus Dapperton

The New York native Indie singer/songwriter, Gus Dapperton, is coming to Ybor City this Halloween. After gaining fame from writing a song for the Netflix series, 13 Reasons Why, Dapperton released his first album, Where Polly People Go to Read, and is only going uphill from there. Concert attendee and sophomore advertising and public relations major, Jess McNeill, said, “I enjoy his music and feel like it’ll be such a vibe on Halloween to see him live.” Tickets start at $18.
The Neighbourhood
Saturday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m.
The Ritz Ybor
Indie pop band, The Neighbourhood, will be stopping at The Ritz Ybor this Nov. Expect to hear their most popular song, “Sweater Weather,” which hit number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2013.
