The first annual Tampa Tattoo Arts Convention took place at the Tampa Convention Center on Franklin St. Sept. 12-14. Special guests from Ink Master, Best Ink and LA Ink attended along with 300 tattoo artists from over 150 different shops worldwide. The event was sponsored by Villain Arts.
