— North Boulevard between Kennedy Boulevard and Cass Street will be closed starting at 6 a.m. on Thursday. North B and North A streets west of North Boulevard will also be closed. Other area streets may be closed at the discretion of law enforcement.
— The tennis courts will be closed on Thursday.
— Access to the West Parking Garage will close at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday. There will be no entry or exit from that point until 5 p.m. on Thursday. All cars that are in the garage at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday must remain there until 5 p.m. Please plan accordingly if you need to use your car.
— Parking and circulation will be extremely difficult on Thursday. Faculty, staff and students are urged to plan ahead, and to consider carpooling or using alternate forms of transportation to commute to campus. Entryways to campus may be monitored. Please be prepared to provide your Spartan ID card.
— Faculty and staff will have normal access to the gated lots on campus. The first floor of the Thomas Garage will also be available.
— Faculty, staff and students may park in the Howard Johnson parking lot and take a shuttle to campus. Shuttles will run on their normal schedules. Faculty, staff and students may also park in the Ferman lot in the 1300 block of Kennedy Boulevard (at Willow Avenue). A HART shuttle will be available from the lot to campus, starting at 7 a.m.
— Students may park in the Thomas Garage or the commuter lot.
— There will be three locations on campus where the meeting will be broadcast – Fletcher Lounge in Plant Hall, the Spartan Club in the Vaughn Center and the AV2 Room in the library. These viewing locations are for UT community members who did not receive tickets to the event.
