Cooking In The Dorm

‘ Meatball Ingredients:

2lbs lean ground meat
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 eggs
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Italian seasonings, basil, oregano
1/4-cup water

Italian Sauce Ingredients:

1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Dash Salt, pepper, basil, and oregano
2 (24oz) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (24 oz) can puree tomato
Splash olive oil

Preparation:

Pre heat oven 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients, and shape into 1′ size meatballs
Place in oven for approx 20 minutes, or until cooked
