Water you thinking? — At 6:35 p.m. on Feb. 19, UT Security was contacted in reference to a theft of a case of bottled water from Straz Hall. Later, the missing case of bottled water was brought to the Security Office, and the owner was notified.
Download Dilemma — At 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 20, UT Security responded to a call of a missing iPod from Austin Hall. An officer interviewed the owner and gave her the Tampa Police phone number.
Don’t try this at home. — At 4:43 p.m. on Feb. 20, UT Security responded to a call of a nose bleed. Upon arrival, Tampa Fire Rescue was called and transported the individual to the hospital.
You know you’re going to score at least five bucks! — At 3:00 p.m. on Feb. 20, UT Security was informed that the Mac-Gray VTM machine in Vaughn Center had been broken into. Tampa Police and the crime scene tech responded to dust for fingerprints. A campus check of two other machines found no signs of tampering.
STOP BEEPING! — At 1:55 a.m. on Feb. 22, UT Security was contacted in reference to damage to the Vaughn Center ATM machine.
Hey, a good smoothie is definitely worth getting excited about. — At 10:00 p.m. on Feb. 22, UT Security responded to a call concerning an elderly female complaining of chest pains in the Vaughn Center. Upon arrival of Security, the woman requested transport to the hospital, which was then provided.
