#comment 3 :I’m happy this student decided to follow through with court proceedings, if only to prove a point. You cannot simply make rules and have them displayed publicly, and then when it’s time to apply those rules decided that you won’t do so. If a student has the right to appeal, and if it’s initially stated in school documents and procedures, then he or she should maintain that right! This school is organized much more like a corporate business than it is an actual institute for higher learning, and that needs to change.
